The Louis Garneau LA 84 Shoes bring you a classic laced up look with modern ventilation in the sole. The Ergo Air II reinforced nylon outsole with patented multi-vent system is stiff while allowing airflow. The Thermobonded synthetic leather upper is engineered to be breathable without seams to decrease the likelihood of pressure points forming. The HRS-80 gives heel support. The Fastening system includes laces and elastic to hold the laces in place. The Cool Stuff insole has arch support and a cooling effect. The heel reflector improves visibility when you decide to train after sunset. Compatible with SPD-SL, SPD, TIME, LOOK, and SPEEDPLAY with either set of shims F-4 or R-4.
