The Cosmic SL 32s incorporate Mavic’s trusted technology to create a wheelset that excels when the roads point up. Unique and striking graphics by French artist Jerome Masi are sure to make your bike stand out. A NACA-inspired, unidirectional carbon rim brings an aerodynamic advantage to these relatively shallow 32mm deep wheels, ensuring that speed on the flats, stability in windy conditions and climbing prowess are all equally considered. Weight has been kept to a minimum at just 1499 grams for the pair, without compromising strength. Double butted flat spokes lace the Infinity hub to the rim and the ride delivers a responsive feel with almost instant engagement thanks to an Instant Drive 360 freewheel. With a 21mm internal rim width, these wheels are optimised for wider 28mm tyres, ensuring excellent cornering grip and comfort. Set up tubeless and you can run lower tyre pressures to reduce rolling resistance, smooth out the ride and limit the chances of a flat tyre. These wheels are designed, engineered and patented by Mavic in Annecy, France, and are 100% handmade in their European carbon factory.

Mavic’s Infinity hubs create uniform tension across all the spokes for stability, reliability and a responsive ride. Designed so there is no contact between spokes, the wheel rolls silently, even under high stress or in the event of impact. Every spoke is identical in length, meaning maintenance is simple and the spokes can be changed without dismantling the wheel.
