FLiP (Fast Lock in Place) is a versatile cargo cage and fork pack mount in one. FLiP compatible bags attach easily with a hook and 90° turn of the handle. FLiP Cages work with any bag or bottle using the included removable cargo feet. They are secure silent and ready for any riding condition perfect for carrying dry bags or large bottles on your Elkhorn rack Axle pack or built-in 3-pack mounts.
